1. Medical Consultation

Consultations are provided by qualified medical specialized doctors. Appointments booked online are subject to the doctor's availability. While we strive to maintain our schedule, emergencies and other medical priorities may result in delays or rescheduling.

2. Pharmacy & Medicines

• Medicines requiring a physician's prescription will only be dispensed upon presentation of a valid, authentic prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
• We only stock and sell genuine medicines from licensed pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Once sold, medicines cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and health regulations, unless there is a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.

3. Payments

Payment for consultations and medicines must be made at the clinic. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards. We do not currently handle online payments for clinic appointments.

4. Code of Conduct

We expect all patients and visitors to maintain a respectful demeanor towards our staff and other patients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in an abusive or disruptive manner.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Silchar, Assam.
